The Brainster Learning Partners programme allows our students to collaborate on ongoing or future projects of the companies, striving to innovate and reinvent work.
Our current Learning Partners portfolio is made of corporations, start-ups, design studios, small and large businesses.
We are pleased to announce our new Learning Partner, Traivelling, a startup from Austria. Traivelling got the opportunity to work together with our students from the UX/UI Design Bootcamp, on a captivating project. The challenge is to revamp Traivelling’s booking administration panel and to provide a seamless experience to their clients. There are a surprising number of people, businesses, and communities that don’t know where to start to be more environmentally friendly.
Being eco-friendly means living in a way that is not harmful to the environment. There are various ways that an individual can make sustainable changes to lessen the negative effect that our daily lives usually contribute to.
Rail transport is the most environment-friendly way to travel. The only methods more environmentally friendly than trains are walking and cycling.
So we all need to change the way we travel and that’s where “Traivelling” comes into our story. Meet Traivelling – A new Learning Partner of the UX/UI Bootcamp
This is the first consistently climate-friendly rail travel agency, that is changing the travel industry, by planning and booking inexpensive ticket packages for trips in Europe, Asia and Africa.
The idea for Traivelling came to Elias Bohun (20) from Austria, due to a complex trip arrangements to Vietnam. If you ever heard about flight shame, and you are a climate activist, like Elias, you would like to avoid air travel. He had crossed to some difficulties to arrange his trip, looking for three months to find travel agencies and agents, from the respective countries.
So here the idea was born to Elias and his father, Matthias Bohun. They combine the experience, environmental protection and efficiency, to facilitate and simplify long-distance trips without flights, and to offer high-quality train travel.
Elias has a great vision for the future:
“We want to revolutionise travel.”
What’s not to love about travelling? It exposes you to new people, different ways of living, and opens up your mind. Of course, if you travel by train, you’re helping to save the environment. Because train travel is as green as it gets!
So long journeys don’t have to be a thing of the past. We just need to change the way we travel. Even the pandemic changed everything for us, we can all dream of an unforgettable journey, an ultimate adventure that one day we can realise easier than ever, thanks to Traivelling. We should all strive to be greener travellers because everyone must play a role in ensuring a livable future.
Did you know? Traivelling is a new word, composed of ‘train’ + ‘travelling’.
We should all add it to our personal dictionary 🙂
